Meet Gina Cooper

Gina is sharp and hands down have one of the best minds in real estate. She has been licensed for over 30 years (1987) owning her own agency and investment companies. She knows the ropes of real estate and finance investing inside and out and has developed her own method of growing wealth that anyone can apply to their life. Her heart has always been to see everyone own a home of their own and often sacrificed personally to make that happen for others. Over time investing became her primary passion and multifamily and commercial investments were a way to fund bigger plans based on team values. 

She strongly believes in working together as a community so that we can fund community developments that matter. Gina’s mind works in a way that allows her to quickly see the best way to fund a project and she respectively uncovers waste and inefficiencies. Gina along with her faithful team has bought, sold, and participated in hundreds of transactions, rentals, and partnerships to build a better economic system for us all.

Gina wants to see people make wise financial decisions and live within their values. This means buying smart. One strategy she often recommends is to put a small down payment on a multifamily property that creates rental income for you and over time you can use the income and equity to repeat the process until you can buy what you want for cash. She says, financial freedom is possible for anyone but requires hard work, sacrifice, and a fearless mindset to get the job done. She says, “It’s all about the numbers and you can’t be emotional when you need to say no to a bad deal!”
